Canadian Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) work visa applicants can take advantage of an expedited visa application process. Intended immigrants under the PNP must possess the requisite skills, adequate education, sufficient work experience, and passing language proficiency test results for semi-skilled or low-skilled trades or occupations.
To be eligible for the Provincial Endorsement Program, a Canadian province or territory must endorse an applicant. Many Canadian provinces have entered into agreements with the Canadian government to exercise their power to nominate migrant workers who wish to settle in their respective provinces.
What is the Provincial Candidate Program?
The PNP Canada Program allows Canadian provinces to nominate individuals to immigrate to their province based on criteria established by provincial governments. Successful applicants receive provincial endorsements that can be used to apply for permanent residency with the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship of Canada (IRCC).
